  • Revenue Threshold: Min of US$ 10 Mn

  • Deal Size: US$ 250,000 to US$ 2,000,000

  • Tenor: 3-12 months

  • Yield: TBD

Aashra Holding Fund Limited (‘Aashra’ or the ‘Fund’), is a UK registered fund.

Aashra targets living spaces in the UK in the form of Social Housing, Student Housing, Stressed/Reorganization Assets, etc. The Fund also targets blocks of apartments in under construction projects at a substantial discount to the market, with the intent of selling the units individually at par market price to create superior investor returns.

The Fund is targeting high yield investments with a target IRR of above 20% with an investments horizon of c.24 months.

Additionally, the Fund acts as an asset platform, which provides a structure to HNW families, to own assets with leverage through its structure.
